Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SELLscape. We value transparency and strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.

By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our work — which includes research, design, strategic development, and custom creative production — most services are non-refundable once work has begun.

However, we aim to be fair and will evaluate refund requests case-by-case.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

2.1 Before Project Start

You may receive a full refund of any deposit or payment if no work has been initiated.

2.2 If SELLscape Cannot Complete the Project

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues (not related to client delays or lack of materials), a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the stage of work.

2.3 Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be fully refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

3.1 Work Already Started

Once research, design, or development work has begun, deposits become non-refundable.

3.2 Completed Services

If the project or service milestone has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

3.3 Client Delays or Inaction

Refunds will not be issued if the project cannot proceed because the client:


  • fails to provide required materials,

  • does not respond for extended periods,

  • changes project scope significantly after work has started.

3.4 Change of Mind

Refunds are not available if the client simply decides they no longer want the service after work has begun.

3.5 Subjective Dissatisfaction

We strive for quality and provide revisions according to the agreement.

However, personal preference-based dissatisfaction is not grounds for a refund.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you cancel the project after work has started:


  • You will be charged for the portion of work completed.

  • Remaining unused funds may be refunded at SELLscape’s discretion.

4.2 SELLscape-Initiated Cancellation

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund for any uncompleted work.

5. Digital Goods & Deliverables

All delivered design files, infographics, layouts, or digital materials are considered final upon delivery and are not eligible for refunds.

6. Revision Policy

Revisions are included as stated in the project agreement.

Refunds will not be provided due to:


  • exceeding the revision limit,

  • requesting revisions outside the original scope.

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.

7. How to Request a Refund
