Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

SELLscape is not responsible for:


  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Indirect or incidental damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount the client paid for services within the last 90 days.

11. Termination of Services

We may terminate an agreement if:

  • Payments are overdue
